  Hi I'm Brenda,

I started Abbeylane in 2005 and have been furniture finishing for over 30 years, its one of my passions, teaching others is another. I believe in using the best products on the market for beautiful professional finishes and durability.  

Abbeylane is located at 307D 14th street in Courtenay B.C.

We carry Unique Furniture, Cottage Paint chalk/clay paint made in Canada, Iron Orchid Designs, Mudderittaville Stencils, Monahan Vintage Papers for decoupage, Artists brushes and well, we just are a DIY hub in the Comox Valley.  

We teach chalk painting workshops and classes for furniture and decor and tutor you on all products that we sell. 

I welcome your furniture for Custom Commission in the style and techniques of your choice. 

In future I will offer online furniture painting and design video's but for now I am happy that we have an online store to help you get your products and start creating your own beautiful projects.

I have an amazing assistant Maureen and together we love working with you in any way we can.
